Ingredients:
| Chicken fillet | 2 pieces |
| Salt& pepper | as needed |
| Rice | 1 cup |
| Turmeric | 1 teaspoon |
| Corn | 1⁄2 a cup |
| Curry powder | 2 teaspoonfuls |
| Tomato paste | 1 tablespoonful |
| Chicken bouillon | 1 cube |
| Yogurt | 2 tablespoonfuls |
| Butter | 2 teaspoonfuls |
| Garlic powder | 2 teaspoonfuls |
Preparation:
Cook the fillets with onion and a little water. Dissolve the bouillon in a cup of hot water and
add yogurt, curry powder, garlic powder and butter. Quickly stir fry the cooked chicken fillets
in this mixture.
Side rice:
Add a cup of water to the rice and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, turmeric and corn to
the cooked/tender rice and steam the mixture for 15 minutes.
