Ingredients:
| Lentils | 1 cup (cooked)= 240 cc |
| Spinach | 1 cup (raw) |
| Chicken broth | 1 cup= 240 cc |
| Fried chopped onion | 1 tablespoon |
| Pomegranate paste | 2 tablespoons |
| Tomato juice | 1 cup=240cc |
| Salt & pepper & turmeric | As desired |
Preparation:
Put the tomato juice & chicken broth in a pot and add cooked lentils, fried onions and
spinach. Heat & simmer for 15 minutes. Add pomegranate paste and simmer for another
5 minutes.
This soup contains a high amount of Zinc & Iron which are great for growing children as well
as your hair & skin.
