Diet Fruit Dessert

Ingredients:

Plain cookies 1 / well mashed
Banana 1/3rd of a banana/ cut into small pieces
Apple 1⁄2 cut into small pieces
Creamy yogurt 3 tablespoons


 

 

 


Preparation:
Take half of your mashed plain and cookies place in a shallow glass. Pour in half of your
Yogurt. Add banana & apple. Top with the remaining mashed plain cookie and Yogurt.
Leave in refrigerator for an hour. ENJOY!
