Indian Curry Stew with rice

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet 2 pieces
Salt& pepper as needed
Rice 1 cup
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Corn 1⁄2 a cup
Curry powder 2 teaspoonfuls
Tomato paste 1 tablespoonful
Chicken bouillon 1 cube
Yogurt 2 tablespoonfuls
Butter 2 teaspoonfuls
Garlic powder 2 teaspoonfuls


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preparation:
Cook the fillets with onion and a little water. Dissolve the bouillon in a cup of hot water and
add yogurt, curry powder, garlic powder and butter. Quickly stir fry the cooked chicken fillets
in this mixture.
Side rice:
Add a cup of water to the rice and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, turmeric and corn to
the cooked/tender rice and steam the mixture for 15 minutes.
