Spaghetti with fried peppered mushrooms

Ingredients:

Mushrooms 4
Thin spaghetti 50 grams
Garlic 1 clove
Red pepper 1
Grated ginger 2 teaspoons
Leak 1 stick
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 2 teaspoons
Sugar 1 teaspoon


 

 

 

 

 

 


Preparation:
Boil the spaghetti as per the instructions on the package till en dente’ and drain. Add
oil to frying pan and stir in garlic, red pepper & ginger to get their aroma out. Mix in the
mushrooms and stir for about 2 minutes till tender. Add in chopped leak, soya sauce, sugar
and spaghetti. Keep stirring for another 2 minutes. The red pepper makes this Asian Dish
a spicy hot meal. ENJOY!
