Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients:

Lasagna 3 sheets
Steamed spinach 2 cups
Flour 1 tablespoon
Milk 2 tablespoons
Butter 1 teaspoon
Grated cheese 2 tablespoons
Onion 1⁄2 a medium sized
Oil 1 tablespoon
Salt & pepper & garlic powder As desired


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preparation:
Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water for 5 minutes till tender. Chop the onion half and
stir fry with steamed spinach for 5 minutes. Mix the butter with milk and flour in a separate
bowl.
Grease an oven-proof dish and place two sheets of lasagna on the bottom. Top the lasagna
with Spinach mixture. Pour the white milk sauce on top and place the remaining lasagna
sheet over the spinach. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Cook in pre-heated oven for
10 minutes (180 Degrees Centigrade). Spinach is a great source of iron and this dish is
beneficial for those with low hemoglobin count / anemic persons.
